QUARTERS & SIDES

  • Beef Quarters are one half of a side of beef. Our beef range from 600# to 900# hot weight / animal.

  • One 1/4 of Grassfed Beef: lbs hot weight @ $7.50 per pound, i.e., 600#/4=150 lbs @$7.50/lb =$1125.00

  • After hanging (21 days dry aging) and cut/wrap, the quarter of beef yields approximately 93-96 lbs of high quality beef, ready for your table.

  • All cuts and processed products are vacuum packed.

  • Processed products can be replaced with ground beef.

  • GRASS FED 100% w/cla & omega 6-3

*Note: QUARTERS and SIDES are available all year on an order basis. Weights are approximate. The above chart gives you a basic idea of what you would be getting when you order a quarter.  A side would give you approximately double that amount.
