• After hanging and cut & wrap, the side of beef yields approximately 203 lbs

• All cuts and processed products are vacuum packed.
• Processed products can be switched back to  ground beef.
• Grass fed beef sides are available at $3.89/lb hot weight ,they tend to be a little smaller
